Maya – 6 weeks old
Little miss is really growing up fast. She’s been smiling and giggling a lot although I’m still having trouble catching this on camera! She hates lying on her back during the day and prefers to sit up so she can see what’s going on. We had her propped up on a pillow and she kept falling down sideways, which she found hilarious. She’s also getting a lot stronger in her neck and can hold her head up on her own when she’s over my shoulder now and for a little while on her front if I prop her up on her arms. She managed to roll over from her front all the way onto her back the other day too.
6 weeks is also significant in Bali as it is the time of her one month and one week ceremony (a month being 5 weeks in Bali) so she can now go out of the house and I can go in the temple again. Cousin Iris came to visit but managed to sleep through the whole time :p
